In the Foster lab, we apply quantitative proteomics methods to understand complex questions in cell biology. We are interested in organelle composition and how that composition changes under a variety of conditions. We are particularly interested in lipid rafts, a subdomain of the plasma membrane that is implicated in several intracellular processes, including a wide variety of signaling pathways.
